Tuning into your intuition, breath and strength can help you have an empowered pregnancy and birth experience. Natalie works with you to create an individualized yoga class. She will share a variety of breathing techniques that can be utilized throughout your pregnancy and during labor. Natalie will guide you through yoga poses to help alleviate any pregnancy discomforts and she will incorporate poses to strengthen and open your body for when labor does arise.
Natalie has been a 200hr-RYT yoga instructor for six years. She is passionate about helping birthing people to feel in their bodies, to feel liberated from judgements about how they “should” be moving through pregnancy and birth, and to feel powerful in their movements as they make the transition into parenthood.
