"Dawn was a priceless resource for my wife and I during our post-partum period. She even met us at home when we were discharged from the hospital and brought our daughter home for the first time. Dawn helped us get our feet underneath us as first-time parents of a newborn with care for our baby, care for our house, and care for ourselves. My wife and I often remarked that we didn't know what we would do without Dawn. She was wonderful with our daughter and gave us so much advice and information about newborn baby care. She taught me how to swaddle and wrap our daughter in a sling carrier, which we did every day to calm our baby. Dawn took great care of us so that my wife and I could take great care of our little one. We really felt that she became part of our family and it was hard to say goodbye when our time was up. Thankfully, we're planning to have another child in the near future and will definitely be calling Dawn to help us again!
